

Myself is a hotelier person for long years and to experience that staff in this hotel doesn’t go beyond guest expectations is really sad. We were given a room on the 5th floor just exactly next to their chiller so imagine the noise, so we requested a room transfer and since we were so tired we didn’t realize the room changed was just on the 6th floor on the same chiller side….finally we were moved after speaking to the manager(Kevin) and we were moved to upper floor somewhere on 12th. We had an issue when checked in, we requested a high floor & quiet room since we travelled 14hours of flight. Location is great next to the Fremont famous sky canopy and street.
